Purchases:

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for any coaching services, training programs, templates or other products once purchased. For internships, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your placement. The remaining fee must be paid before the internship start date. 

Training Programs:  

Access to virtual classes, self-paced courseware and other training materials is limited to the duration specified at the time of purchase. For instance, the 2-day Certified ScrumMaster course provides access for 2 consecutive days from the class start date. Extensions may be granted at the Scrum Scenario Master’s discretion.

Internships:

Internship participants must meet eligibility criteria including being at least 18 years old. Participants are responsible for having the necessary computer equipment and internet capabilities to complete virtual internship responsibilities. Scrum Scenario Master maintains relationships with partner companies offering intern placements but does not guarantee job placement post-internship completion.

Product Pricing & Accuracy:

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but some errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without prior notice. Products are sold at the price listed at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax: 

Purchases made through our shop may be subject to applicable state sales tax which is added during checkout where required by law.

Orders & Delivery:  

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Digital products are delivered to the email address associated with your order. Please ensure your email address is current. Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours however delays can happen. We cannot issue refunds based on delivery delays for digital products.

Returns/Refunds:

Because products offered are digital resources delivered electronically, no refunds are allowed. This is our general policy, however, if you experience technical issues accessing purchased content that we cannot resolve, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will evaluate issuing a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis. 

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your shop login associated with any purchases or accounts. Notify us immediately if you believe an unauthorized party has accessed your shop account.

Use Restrictions:

Purchased templates, tools or training materials provided by Scrum Scenario Master are for your individual use only and should not be shared or distributed to others. We retain full copyright. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit purchased content in any unauthorized way without written consent.

Limitation of Liability:  

Scrum Scenario Master strives to provide valuable career guidance but offers no guarantee of improved job prospects or other outcomes for service purchasers. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid to us for applicable services or products.

Governing Law:

These terms and all disputes are subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. Should any Scrum Scenario Master term be deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms stay intact. These terms may be periodically updated without notice.
