Scrum is a lightweight framework. To be a good Scrum Master, you must go beyond the motions of team and event facilitation. Many Scrum Masters fail because they lack the ability to do the basics mentioned above.
When you understand this template, you will be able to answer a few related questions during an interview. Remember that being confident and knowing what to do is almost as good as having done so.
